(a) March

Assemble at Geraldine Mary Harmsworth Park, St Georges' Road, London SE1, (near Imperial War Museum), from 11.30am onwards, (Nearest tubes: Lambeth North or Elephant & Castle).

The march will proceed along Lambeth Road to Lambeth Bridge - and then to the rally venue via Horseferry Road; Greycoat Place; Rochester Row; Emery Hill Street; Francis Street; and Ambrosden Avenue.

(b) Rally
The Rally is being held in Westminster Cathedral Hall, 42 Francis Street, London SW1P 1QW, (but, please note, the entrance is in Ambrosden Avenue). The rally will start at 1.00pm. It is being chaired by Janice Godrich and the speakers will include Mark Serwotka, (PCS General Secretary) and a representative from the Hewlett Packard dispute.

Whatever the outcome, the forthcoming General Election will be a watershed for the labour movement. With all the major parties threatening massive cuts in public spending, there is clearly a need for the Left to discuss how it can cooperate on this and many other issues.
