Hackey Trades Union Council is an open and democratic federation of trade union branches in Hackney, for the purposes of solidarity and strengthening the local trade union movement through debate, discussion and activity. HTUC welcomes all trade unionists who live or work in Hackney to its open meetings where we share experiences and seek to support each other. Trade union branches are invited to affiliate and send official delegates who are responsible for policy making.
