The conference is designed for union leaders, officials and activists. Hackney TUC and Hackney UNISON are asking campaigners to send this postcard to Trevor Phillips, Chair of the Commission for Racial Equality (CRE). After Mr Phillips asked trade unionists to tell him about racist practices at work, we wanted to make sure that he knew our concerns about insitutional racism towards black employees of Hackney Council.
